You came back.
That already means something.
A lot of men slip and disappear. They tell themselves they will restart tomorrow and tomorrow never comes.
You are here. That is the only thing that matters now.

Watch this first

Now play this
Use it right now. Before the shame builds. Before you start telling yourself a story about what this means.
Now do this and only this.
One small normal action.
Make your bed.
Wash your face.
Drink a glass of water.
Step outside for 60 seconds.
Anything that says: I am back in my life.

THIS IS THE TRUTH
You did not erase your progress.
Every day you showed up before this moment still counts. Every page you filled out, every time you used the audio, every moment you caught yourself and paused. That is still yours. One slip does not delete it.
Your brain is going to try to convince you otherwise.
It's going to say: "See? You are still the same. Nothing changed. Why bother."
That is the old pattern talking. You know that voice by now. And you know it is a liar.
What actually matters is this: what you do in the next five minutes.
One normal action. One breath. One decision to stay in your life instead of disappearing from it.
And say to yourself instead: "See? I can come back. I can change. One slip isn't going to erase all my progress."
That is self-command. Right here. Right now.

You already proved something by coming here.
A slip is a moment. You are not the slip.
Return to the next moment and choose again.
