Before you open Day 1, do these three things.
Step 1
Download the Quick Start guide. Read it fully. It tells you exactly how to use everything in this reset so you are not guessing. Five minutes now saves a lot of confusion later.
Step 2
Download Understand Your Audios Better. The audios are the most transformative part of this reset. This guide tells you which one to use, when, and why. Read it before you start.
Save your audios somewhere easy to reach. You need Audio 1 accessible in under 10 seconds. Go to the Resources page now, find the audios, and save them to your phone notes or a pinned folder.
Step 3
Your daily rhythm.
Every day has two moments.
In the morning: open the workbook page for that day. Read the reality check, work through the belief reframe and reflection questions, and let the practical action and real-life move become your focus for the day.
During the day: practice it. Use the audio that matches your state.
In the evening: come back. Fill in the evidence check. What happened? What did you notice? Then mark your daily tracker.
Morning: set the focus. Day: practice it. Evening: collect the proof.
Most days take 10 to 20 minutes.
The one rule.
Do not turn this into something to fail at.
If you miss a day, return. If you slip, return. If life gets in the way, return.
The only way to fail this is to stop coming back.
